Where this tends to be useful

Consumer and market research

Customer behaviour, competitor research, audience understanding.

Research and insights

Synthesis, data interpretation, turning information into something actionable.

Behaviour and marketing

Why an audience responds or doesn't, messaging and positioning research, a behavioural read on a marketing problem that isn't landing.

This tends to suit founders, small teams, marketing teams, and research or insights teams working through exactly that kind of problem.

What I'm working on: Accessline

Alongside the case studies, I lead founder-led marketing for Accessline, an accessibility audit and implementation company, mostly through LinkedIn. It's real client-facing work rather than a hypothetical: content strategy, accessibility communication, and a fair amount of trial and error, documented as I go.
